Terms and Conditions


The following payment terms will apply to secure your booking:

A deposit of 25% or one night’s charge (whichever is greater) is due within 48 hours of your booking being accepted.

The balance of 75% is due 14 days before your stay commences unless otherwise arranged at the time of our confirming your booking.

Payment of deposit: Once we accept your booking, a deposit must be paid AND received by us to secure your booking. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt by us of the deposit. Failure to pay the deposit in time may result in your booking being cancelled and the suite is made available to others. Should we cancel a booking of yours due to non or late payment of a deposit then any deposit subsequently received from you will be refunded in full.

Late Payments: The balance due must be received on or before the due date. If your payment fails to reach us by the due date we may choose to cancel the booking with or without notice to you, and make your booking available to others. Cancellation charges may apply (see below); however, we will make every endeavour to contact you first.


If you need to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible so we may offer the property to others.

Should YOU choose to cancel the booking, the following cancellation charges apply for all bookings. 
Cancellation by you outside of 14 days before your stay commences, results in your deposit being refunded in full.

Cancellation within 14 days of the scheduled start of stay, results in a cancellation charge amounting to the total deposit paid.

Should WE cancel the booking due to YOUR NON-PAYMENT then the cancellation charges stated above apply.


If due to circumstances beyond our control, the property becomes unavailable or unfit for use, we will notify you as soon as possible and refund your money in full.

Directly through SMART/GMS booking system and payment gateway by Visa or MasterCard.
